No Call/No Show Policy
Life happens and sometimes we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible so someone on the cancellation list can take your spot. If you cancel or reschedule three times, you will be required to pay in advance to schedule a session. If you no show/no call for an appointment, you will be required to pay in advance to schedule another appointment as well. Pre-payment is non-refundable.
